Chair Massage Therapy

Only have 10 or 20 minutes....stop in for a chair massage from Tracie White, our Certified Massage Therapist.  Regular massage therapy is both relaxing and good for your health. Massage helps boost circulation, increases flexibility, decreases stress and can help improve your posture. Integrating massage therapy into your workout program will help you achieve better results. At only $1.00 per minute.... what's not to like.  Member & Non-Members LOVE 10 or more minutes in Tracie's chair!   $30 for 30-minutes: Full Body Massage available by appointment at Great Prices!

Personal Training

Personal Training is available to help members optimize their workouts by helping them create personalized workout programs. Appointments are in hourly increments. The fee and length of the sessions is dependent on the individual needs of the member. Usually $30.00 per hour for members and $35.00 per hour for non-members or $25.00 per hour with a 6 session purchase for members and $30.00 per hour with a 6 session purchase for non-members.  Do you know how to optimize "Fat Burning" as part of your routine? Vitality Tanning

Vitamin D is the one deficiency you DON'T want to have.  It has been linked to Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis and multiple auto-immune issues.  Our UVB Vitality tanning bed offers you the opportunity to help your body build Vitamin D.  It also helps build collagen in the skin and when you're finished...you feel relaxed and refreshed.  Pricing & Packages Click Here.   Appointments are recommended.

Nutritional and Wellness Consultation

Our Staff Naturopath and Master Herbalist, Atha T. White, offers 1 on 1 or group consultations on diet, digestion, elimination and other foundational requirements of a balanced overall Nutritional program.  She also offers 12 week Transitions Lifestyle Classes regularly to assist people with both Weight Loss and Weight Gain issues.  Online 12 week Nutrition Course designed to help you know and understand food and how to maintain optimal wellness.  Next Course, September 13th.  Register on the Home Page!

Foot Detox Baths

This is a great way to help remove toxins from the body in conjunction with an overall wellness protocol.  It's relaxing and essential to maintaining good health. Pricing is $32.00 per Foot Bath or $30.00 per foot bath with the purchase of 3 sessions for members and $35.00 for non-members and $32.00 with the purchaase of 3 sessions.

Weight Training:

We offer a wide variety of high quality weights and exercise systems, including both free weights and weight machines. Our weight area also includes several abdominal weight machines and benches.
Cardio Training:

Natural Balance Fitness, LLC's cardio training facilities are second to none. Bikes, steppers, treadmills and elliptical trainers - we have a machine to fit all your cardio needs. You won't want to miss the Specialty Equipment... Treadwall Machine, AbSolo Machine and Expresso Bikes which is an interactive virtual exercise experience! You have to see it!
Transitions LifeStyle Classes

Our Transitions Lifestyle Coach, Atha T. White, ND, MH,CPT teaches online 12 week classes designed to transform your body composition and arrive at your desired healthy weight without participating in a "trendy" diet program.  Discover a permanent lifestyle change!
